What Humm Coffee Roasters say

Sourced from the volcanic highlands in Santa Rosa, Guatemala, this coffee showcases a complex flavour profile. Starting as a boozy/winey cup with cooked strawberry & blackberry, moving into a smooth chocolatey & cacao finish.

Through natural anaerobic fermentation, whole cherries are sealed in oxygen-free tanks before slow drying on raised beds. The result is clean, structured and intensely aromatic. A perfect choice for those who prefer their coffee black as filter or espresso.
