What Inglewood Coffee Roasters say
Grown at Finca El Limón in the highlands of Peru's Cajamarca region, this special release Gesha is produced by Edwin Manchay Cruz.
The coffee undergoes a carefully managed 70-hour fermentation in the cherry before it is washed, bringing out remarkable clarity and sweetness in the cup. The prolonged fermentation allows for the distinctive character of the Gesha varietal to shine.
In the cup, discover notes of juicy nectarine, cooked red grape and mild vanilla, balanced by bright acidity and lingering sugary sweetness.
