What Micrology Coffee Roasters say

Ana Melva has been growing coffee since she was 18, and today she manages a beautifully focused one-hectare plot with plenty of care and very little fuss. Most of the work is handled by Ana herself, with family helping during fertilisation and neighbours pitching in at harvest time. Over recent years, she has upgraded her wet mill, improved her solar dryer and built a compost area to make fertiliser for the farm. All while navigating unpredictable weather, new pests and rising labour costs. Her next dream is simple: grow production, expand the farm, keep quality high and find a direct buyer for her coffee. Small farm, big plans.
