What Little Cove Coffee say
Introducing our Winter Seasonal Swell blend.
From the misty highlands of Djimmah to the sun-drenched plateaus of Cerrado Mineiro, this coffee brings together two celebrated origins known for producing exceptional natural-process coffees.
In Kilili, a micro-lot area within Djimmah, carefully selected heirloom cherries are slowly sun-dried at elevations of 1,800–2,100 MASL. This meticulous natural process develops vibrant notes of blueberry, plum, and dark cherry, layered with the wine-like complexity that has made Ethiopian naturals famous around the world.
The Brazilian component comes from Cerrado Mineiro, a region blessed with fertile soils, abundant sunshine, and elevations reaching 1,500 meters. Produced by a network of dedicated growers, these naturally processed coffees contribute layers of yellow stone fruits, roasted hazelnut sweetness, and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. The region’s exceptional terroir has earned international recognition through prestigious quality competitions and a reputation for producing consistently outstanding specialty coffees.
Together, these coffees create a beautifully balanced cup. Bright blueberry and dark cherry notes lead the way, complemented by juicy yellow fruits and ripe plum sweetness. Hazelnut undertones add warmth and depth, while a creamy body carries through to a lingering, Malbec like finish.
