Neutral Bay Coffee Roasters is a family-run business in Neutral Bay, on Sydney's North Shore. The family roasts by hand on an old Probat machine, a practice dating to the early 2000s, and ships Australia-wide. Neutral Bay Coffee Roasters buys green beans and roasts them to its own profile. Stock is a mix of blends and single origins, mostly medium and medium light roasts. Guji is a natural Ethiopian with rich chocolate and complex fruit notes. Huehuetenango from Guatemala is washed, with citrus, wine and chocolate notes. Mountain Water Decaf is a washed, medium roasted decaf.
