Pastel Coffee

Pastel Coffee is an independent roaster in Perth, north of the river, founded in 2019. It supplies cafes wholesale and ships to buyers across Australia. Most of the beans are roasted for espresso, in levels from light to dark. Rachia is a washed Ethiopian single origin from Yirgacheffe, roasted medium light for filter, with toffee, honey and orange blossom notes. The decaf is a Colombian single origin with orange peel, malt and dried apricot notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Gizat.
