The Brightness: A beautiful, zesty marmalade sweetness that wakes up your palate.

The Fragrance: Delicate floral notes (think jasmine or orange blossom) that hit you as soon as you brew.

The Sweetness: It settles into a smooth, silky finish of golden honey and a touch of rich toffee.

The Process: Washed. This means a cleaner, crisper cup that really shows off the bean's "terroir" (the unique flavor of the soil and sun).

The Roast: Light-Medium. We kept it light to preserve those delicate floral and honey layers.
