Press roasts in Dubbo, NSW, and runs a cafe in a converted 1930s newspaper office. The roastery opened in July 2015 and uses a modified vintage machine. Press buys straight from export partners that are open about their dealings. Most of the beans in stock are single origins from Costa Rica, Colombia and Kenya. Kii is a washed Kenyan with dried mango and jammy lime notes. Seasonal Espresso is a blend of Brazilian and Colombian coffees, with shortbread and caramelised chocolate notes. Other roasters also sell coffee from Kii factory.
