Six of One Coffee Roasters

Six of One Coffee Roasters roasts in Toowoomba, Queensland. Half the beans in stock are blends and half are single origins, and Colombian coffee from Huila runs through both. Stan By Your Man blends Colombian and Ethiopian coffees, with notes of silky chocolate truffle, buttery shortbread, blackberry and soft floral tea. El Diviso Ají is a washed Colombian single origin from Bruselas at $16 per 100g, with notes of vanilla, rosé wine and grapefruit. Bridge Too Far is the decaf. Other roasters also sell coffee from Chelchele washing station and Finca Ceylan.
