Suspension Coffee is a small-batch roastery in Marrickville, in Sydney's Inner West, roasting on a Diedrich IR12 since 2003. Its focus is espresso, with custom roast profiles built around body, mouthfeel and crema. Most of the beans on offer are blends, alongside single origins from Uganda, Nicaragua, Papua New Guinea and India. Howard Moon is a blend with burnt toffee and light cocoa notes. Bugisu is a washed Ugandan coffee with orange and biscuit notes, and a decaf is available too.
