Mocha Coffee

Mocha Coffee roasts in Marrickville, Sydney, and draws on four decades of family experience in sourcing, roasting and blending. It also runs barista training. Most of the beans are medium roasts, and they split between blends and single origins from Guatemala, Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Honduras, India and Mexico. Antigua is a washed Guatemalan with notes of sticky date pudding and caramel. Cerrado is a natural Brazilian that tastes of marzipan coated in chocolate. Mountain Water is a decaf from Mexico with sticky chocolate and green apple acidity. Other roasters also sell coffee from Ratnagiri Estate.
