The Killer Coffee Co roasts in Silverwater, in the Sydney area, and started in 2014. Master Roaster Aaron buys from farmers who use ethical and sustainable methods, and he favours dark roasts. Most of the beans in stock are blends, and Industrial Strength is a dark roast with milk chocolate, honeycomb and lamington notes. Killer Colombian Single Origin is a dark roast with caramelised sugar notes. Ukuni Women in Coffee is a washed single origin from Mul Baiyer, Papua New Guinea, with blackcurrant, papaya and panela notes.
