Most of the beans are blends, built mostly from Brazilian and Colombian coffees. Café Racer Blend is a light roast with raspberry, almond and grapefruit notes. Kiangai is a washed Kenyan single origin with apricot and honey notes. The Swiss Water® Decaf Espresso Blend is a medium dark roast for espresso. Other roasters also sell coffee from Cesar's Coffee Cup.
