What The Wood Roaster say
Brazil Esperanca Farm Filter Roast is a single origin coffee that is elegant and approachable, offering a harmonious blend of creamy sweetness and vibrant fruit notes.
Caramelised sugar sweetness, toasted hazelnuts and buttery creaminess translate to praline in the cup. A low-medium weight, malic acidity from crisp green apple adds brightness, with soft orange liqueur lingering on the finish. The washed process brings out a clean, balanced cup with subtle hints of red berries, adding depth and complexity to the overall sweetness. Milk chocolate brings it all together to provide balance and an additional creamy mouthfeel.
