Washed Ethiopian coffees are such an elevated drinking experience that, to us, they're the coffee equivalent of high tea. The combination of terroir, varietal and altitude creates a silky, clean and crisp cup with vibrant acidity and a sweet bergamot and biscuit-like finish. At these high elevations, cooler temperatures slow cherry development, allowing flavours to develop gradually and with greater complexity.
