Tin Man Coffee Roasters has roasted in Coburg North, Melbourne, since Ben Stronach founded it in 2014. The team handles sourcing, roasting and wholesale delivery itself. Stock is mostly single origins from Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, China and elsewhere, with a few blends too. Chelbesa SNAP is an anaerobic Ethiopian light roast with blueberry, lemon drop and bergamot notes. Yunan Melon, from Dehong in China, is an experimental lot with watermelon candy and fresh papaya notes. Chiapas SWP Decaf comes from Mexico. Other roasters also sell coffee from Wilton Benitez, Danche Station and Orijem Timor.
