Finca Yum y Boss

High up in the Ecuadorian Andes near the Peruvian boarder, July Jumbo is producing some exciting coffees at Finca Yum y Boss. This Sidra is everything we love about the variety – juicy, big bodied and refined with sweetness. The controlled double fermentation is done with restraint, adding depth and intensity without taking over the cup. Ripe yellow peach notes and syrupy texture with a hint of lemon and refined sugar, with a slight cinnamon aftertaste. This coffee is available filter only in 250g.
