Israel Hernández began farming at just 15 years old, under his father’s guidance. Driven by a dream, he bought a small plot of land in Uribe in 2005. He then coveted and bought a nearby farm that he named Buenos Aires. Israel embraced specialty coffee, planting Geisha varietal and refining his practice. For him, coffee is more than a livelihood, it is a way to grow, be recognized, and to share his story with the world.
