What White Horse Coffee say
Hadeso is a washing station located in Ethiopia’s Guji zone, named after the Kebele (local village). Coffees from the Guji zone are recognised worldwide for their unique and distinctive cup profile, driven by the unique combination of elements in the production area; high elevations, rich, fertile soil, and exceptional heirloom varieties. The high elevation of the farms combined with the cool temperatures, are ideal for the slow ripening of coffee cherries, leading to denser beans and a sweeter, more complex cup profile.
