We select lots from Brazil, Papua New Guinea and Timor-Leste that fit a clear target flavour profile: dried fruits, chocolate and caramel.

This blend uses a calibrated mix of natural and washed coffees to meet the same flavour target of dried fruits, chocolate and caramel.

Each component is chosen on the table for how it supports the intended profile, not by theory alone.

Components may change with harvests, but the flavour target stays the same.
