Mycotoxins are naturally occurring toxic compounds produced by certain moulds or fungi that can grow on crops like coffee if they’re stored in poor conditions. By choosing premium organic beans and working closely with trusted growers who handle their harvests with care, we keep the risk of contamination extremely low from the start.

To be extra sure, our organic product range is tested once roasted for the full suite of mycotoxins by an Australian government–accredited laboratory and so far, each test has come back non-detectable.
