The Coffee Company roasts by hand on Carlisle Street in Balaclava, Melbourne. The family business has been roasting since 1969 and also sells loose-leaf teas under its Carlisle Tea label. Most of the beans in stock are blends, with single origins from Africa, Central and South America and Asia. Mantiqueira is a natural Brazilian with berry and fruit flavours. Irebe is a washed Rwandan with honey, lemon and hazelnut toffee notes. A Swiss Water decaf from Mexico is also available.
