Ciscos Coffee has roasted in Melbourne since 1961, in small batches each day from a store on Chapel Street. It supplies more than 150 outlets and ships orders within 24 hours of roasting. Blends and single origins make up the stock in close to equal share, with medium to dark roasts the most common. Yirgacheffe is a medium dark Ethiopian with tangerine, apricot and floral notes. Honey Natural comes from Costa Rica, is roasted for espresso or filter, and has strawberry and mandarin notes. Decafs include a Colombian water-processed single origin.
