Nomadi Coffee Roasters roasts in South Melbourne, in Bayside Melbourne. Most of the beans in stock are single origins from Ethiopia, Mexico and Nicaragua. The Ethiopia is a honey-process coffee from Yirgacheffe with notes of spearmint, black tea, jasmine and lime cordial. The Nicaragua is an experimental lot from Dipilto with red currant, citrus and ripe stone fruit sweetness. Espresso Blend - Sample 23 mixes Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia, and the Mexico is a decaf. Other roasters also sell coffee from Koke Shalaye washing station.
