What Conway Coffee say

Ethiopia produces some of the world’s best coffees. Limu is a growing district in southern Ethiopia that produces distinctive coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica grown in the area.

Ethiopia Limu is an aromatic, sweet and complex coffee. Limu is a consistent bean that produces a highly flavoured cup with a hint of fruit, as well as chocolate and caramel. Limu makes a great blend enhancer that is often added to cut through milk. Limu ranks high for consistency. Very full flavour, notes of vanilla, white grape, melon and apricot round out the cup.

The recommended roasting level for Ethiopia Limu coffee is medium-light. Intense flame to start, with a gentle decrease to assist decreasing ramp rate. Then about a minute before first crack the flame is dropped to 50%, and the coffee is discharged 60 seconds after first crack.
