Loja Premium coffee is a 100% Arabica high-altitude coffee with a medium to full body. Grown in the mountains of Ecuador, this coffee has a crisp fruity flavour, with intense aroma and no bitter aftertaste flavours.
We roast Ecuador Loja coffee beans at a medium level. Ecuador Loja coffee beans are great for blending and delicious to drink as a single origin. A medium roast is preferred as it accentuates the crispy fruity flavours and intense aromas. Medium sweetness and delicate aromas make for a truly fine cup.
