Jay's Coffee Bar roasts every bean in stock to a medium level. Most of the beans are single origins, from Timor-Leste, Papua New Guinea, Brazil and Kenya. Jay's Coffee Blend brings coffees from all four countries together for espresso or filter, with notes of chocolate, nuts, stone fruit and citrus. Santos is a natural-process Brazilian with milk chocolate, roasted nuts and subtle caramel notes. Swiss Decaf is the decaf, with chocolate, nuts and subtle fruit.
