Every weekend, we offer our signature house blend. It is a carefully balanced mix of four exceptional coffee beans.

This blend is the result of years of experimentation, dedication, and passion. Jay has perfected it over time to create a flavour that’s rich and smooth, with notes of chocolate and subtle nuttiness, rounded by the sweetness of fruit and citrus. It’s the perfect choice for those who enjoy a full-bodied yet beautifully balanced cup.

Our signature house blend is a true reflection of balance and craftsmanship. Hand-roasted in small batches to a medium profile, it combines premium Arabica beans sourced from East Timor, Brazil, Papua New Guinea, and Kenya. Each origin contributes its own distinct character. The smooth chocolate notes of East Timor, the nutty sweetness of Brazil Santos, the rich body of Papua New Guinea, and the bright, fruity lift from Kenyan beans.

The result is a beautifully rounded cup that’s both rich and vibrant, offering layers of flavour that unfold with every sip. Expect a smooth, full-bodied coffee with hints of chocolate, nuts, and stone fruit, followed by a clean citrus finish.

Versatile and consistent, this blend shines through espresso and long black preparations, pairing beautifully with milk while retaining its natural sweetness and depth.
