Josie Coffee roasts in Gateshead, NSW, on a Loring S15 and supplies retail and wholesale customers across Australia. The roastery buys seasonal single origins and uses data to keep its roasts consistent. Most of the beans in stock are single origins from Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, El Salvador and Burundi. Gichatha-ini AB from Nyeri County, Kenya, is washed and carries red berry, blackcurrant and syrupy notes. Showcase blends Colombian and Ethiopian coffees with brown sugar, blueberry and floral notes, and a Colombian decaf is available. Other roasters also sell coffee from Chelchele Washing Station, Elias Roa Parra and Finca Patio Bonito.
