PROFILE The mission of The Honey Thief is a simple one: combine sweet, juicy and lively coffees to capture a vibrant, wildly complex and seriously tasty fruit-driven espresso!

In this fresh release, we’ve paired the new season’s Ethiopia Guji Alaka GR1 Natural with the Bali Kintamani Natural CM - a duo that leans into juicy fruit, syrupy sweetness, and layered complexity.

The Guji Alaka brings vibrant notes of stone fruit, passionfruit, mandarin and dark chocolate ganache, with a silky sweetness that lingers like honey. The Bali Kintamani adds its signature tropical punch: banana and melon, raspberry and dried mango, guava, starfruit, raisin - all wrapped in a rich, layered profile.

Together, they create a cup that’s bright, sweet, and full of flavour. It’s a standout as a double with milk, and just as exciting brewed black.
