The roaster has direct relationships with organic farms in Indonesia and Guatemala and works with fair-trade supply chains. Trail Punk is a single origin from Timor-Leste, with a silky body and bright mandarin notes. Hampelmann Dark is a dark roast with cherry, spice and a smoky edge.
