With access to such delicious decaf coffees, creating a half caff blend felt like a no-brainer. We wanted something easy to drink — a coffee you could happily brew a big carafe of at home, or stretch out over a few extra cups at the café, without the full hit of caffeine. Our Half Caff blend brings together our Decaf from Elias Roa with our delicious Colombian house coffee La Guadalupe — chosen together for their gentle acidity and smooth, balanced profile. It’s all about comfort, clarity and balance — a blend that feels familiar, full-bodied and quietly satisfying.
