Mule Coffee Roasters

Mule Coffee Roasters roasts in Marrickville, in the Inner West of Sydney, and supplies cafes across the city. Most of the beans in stock are single origins from Colombia. Sonic is the one blend that draws on several countries, with notes of butterscotch, roasted hazelnuts and fig compote. La Bomba Yellow Gesha is washed, with citrus acidity, lemongrass and sweet plum compote. Strawberry Maceration is honey processed, with strawberry jam, red wine and cacao nib. Other roasters also sell coffee from Jairo Arcila and Cesar Buesaquillo.
