WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

This blend is everything you love about coffee neatly wrapped up in a happy espresso. It's all about balance with plenty of sweetness. Expect sugary toffee flavours with just a hint of cherry. It has medium acidity, medium body & high sweetness which makes for an excellent milk coffee, or a well-rounded espresso. Life is sweeter with Euphoria.

THE STORY

Thailand Mae Kha Jan Kenya-style washed, Catuai, Chiang Mai 80, Typica.

We adore this coffee with its deliciously well rounded, crowd pleasing flavours. It turns out that it makes for a great everyday black espresso but an even more delicious milk coffee. It is farmed by young members of the Akha ethnic minority in Chiang Rai, where they have implemented a 2 stage fermentation process before drying on raised beds.

Myanmar U Sai Wan Honey process, Costa Rica 95.

Sweet and full bodied, this coffee brings a balance to the by rounding out the cup profile. More or less marrying the washed and natural components together in a balanced way, with gentle silky sweetness and its full mouthfeel.

Myanmar U Sai Wan Dry Natural, SL-34.

Bright & clean with delicious red fruit and candy-like characteristics. This coffee is added as a small percentage to give this coffee a bit of extra specialness.
