What Roastville Coffee say
Taste Notes: orange blossom I peach I toffee
High in the mountains of El Porvenir, Cajamarca, Merlith Cruz cultivates Geisha on a dedicated plot at Las Etíopes. Cherries are selectively handpicked, meticulously sorted and undergo an extended 48-hour fermentation before being fully washed and slowly dried, enhancing the coffee's clarity and elegance.
The result is a refined and expressive cup. Delicate florals lead into layers of stone fruit and citrus, while a silky body and sparkling acidity bring structure and balance. A beautiful example of how Peru's high-altitude terroir can elevate the renowned Geisha variety.
