Sourced from selected small farms across Mexico’s Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Veracruz regions, it includes Bourbon, Typica, and other traditional varietals. The beans are decaffeinated using the water process, preserving their natural flavours while delivering a clean, balanced, and satisfying brew without the caffeine.
