Romeo is our signature blend and our most awarded — five single origins brought together and, true to how we've always done it, blended as green beans before roasting rather than mixed afterwards. That's a deliberate choice: it lets the beans roast together and develop as one, rather than five separate profiles stitched together at the end.

The result is a complex, punchy medium roast with chocolate and nutty flavours and a crisp brightness, topped with a crema that's rich, deep and long lasting. Perfectly balanced in milk or black.
