Siboni's Coffee

Siboni's Coffee is a family-run roaster in Pymble, on Sydney's North Shore, and has roasted there since 1988. It roasts small batches on site each week and blends its coffees from green beans. The shelf is mostly blends, and most are medium roasts that suit either espresso or filter. Yirgacheffe is a medium light Ethiopian roast for filter, with lemon, apricot and floral notes. Kenya is a washed single origin with lemongrass and berry notes, and a Colombia decaf is available.
