What Siboni's Coffee say
Along with floral notes expect to taste hints of tropical fruit, berries and wine. This single origin is known for its piquant and sweet aftertaste.
Perfectly balanced coffee in milk or black.
Kenya AA takes its name from the grading system used to classify Kenyan coffee — AA is the largest, densest bean size the country exports, and it earns the reputation. Grown at altitude and washed to bring out clarity in the cup, it's bright and mildly acidic with a floral lift, hints of lemongrass and tropical fruit, berries and wine running through it, finishing with the piquant, sweet edge Kenyan coffee is known for.
We roast it in small batches at our Pymble roastery, the way we've roasted every bean since 1988 — enough to keep it fresh, not so much that a batch gets forgotten about. Or browse our single origin coffee for something equally distinctive.
