Silva Coffee Roasters

Silva Coffee Roasters roasts in Warburton, Victoria, and began with small batches in 2010 on a home roaster designed by founder Wayne. Silva buys from Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade certified suppliers and sells to cafes, restaurants and homes across Australia. Most of the beans are single origins, with Colombia and Ethiopia the most common countries. The Yirgacheffe - Mr Mengeche Derso is a natural with notes of peach ice tea, juicy pear and panela. Luis Anibal Calderon - Gesha is a washed coffee from Huila with eucalyptus, honeydew and mango notes. Organic Decaf comes from Colombia. Other roasters also sell coffee from Luis Anibal Calderon, ASOPEP and Mr. Mengeche Derso.
