Yellow Bourbon by John Jader - a beautifully expressive Brazilian varietal (grown in Colombia) known for its natural sweetness and balance. This lot opens with floral aromatics and ripe rockmelon, backed by a creamy body and a bright, sparkling acidity. Clean, elegant, and seriously moreish.
