Do we love Yaye? Yeah yeah—that’s why it’s returning to our rotation a mere month after our last release from this Testi Coffee washing station. Given the positive feedback on our previous washed lot, we now present the same mixed-JARC varieties in natural form to please your taste buds. The switch-up in processing lends the cup a more fruit-forward profile, and the 30-day drying period on raised beds (where the cherries are carefully shaded during peak sun hours and consistently turned to prevent over-fermentation) accentuates the coffee’s inherent juicy red fruit notes.
