The Aricha, Idido, and Gersi farmers who contribute to Adorsi have a knack for producing some of the fruitiest coffees in Yirgacheffe, and this lot is no exception. Grown in a cool climate under native shade trees, this coffee was processed natural with ample attention paid to the slow drying stage. Such careful practices reaped delicious rewards, with this cup expressing delicate mixed berry notes plus tons of citrus and floral aroma.
