What The Wood Roaster say
Elegant and approachable, this Brazil Esperanca Farm coffee offers a harmonious blend of creamy sweetness and vibrant fruit notes.
Caramelised sugar sweetness, toasted hazelnuts and buttery creaminess translate to praline in the cup. A low-medium weight, malic acidity from crisp green apple offers brightness, with soft orange liqueur lingering on the finish. The natural process brings out subtle hints of red berries, adding depth and complexity to the overall sweetness. Milk chocolate brings it all together to provide balance and a creamy mouthfeel, with a clean finish.
