Stock is a mix of blends and single origins, with beans from Africa, Central and South America, Indonesia and Jamaica. Mandheling is a natural from Sumatra with plum, earthy wood and a hint of spice. Blue is a washed Jamaican coffee at $59.60 per 100g, with notes of marzipan, cashew and blackcurrant. Sidamo is the decaf, from Ethiopia. Other roasters also sell coffee from Fazenda Sertão.
