This pink bourbon lot was produced by Linarco Rodriguez at Finca Betania, located in the Palestina municipality of Huila, Colombia.

Linarco Rodriguez is a community leader and a prominent member of Tierra Diversidad, a network of 117 smallholder producers in the region who share the same philosophy; farming with respect for the land, preserving traditional methods, and avoiding chemical practices that compromise soil health and biodiversity.

Linarco’s approach to coffee cultivation combines a deep agricultural knowledge with a constant drive for improvement. Through his mentorship of young growers and active support of local initiatives, Linarco has played an important role in raising quality standards and advancing the industry across the region.

In the cup, this coffee tastes like blackberry and white peach, with an oolong tea finish.
