We’re dedicated to sourcing exceptional, ethically grown coffee beans, combining specialty beans from Colombia and Brazil. The result is a smooth, well-balanced brew with pleasing depth and a lingering, chocolatey finish.

We source specialty lots from Brazil and Colombia, cupping each component to confirm it fits the target profile of dark chocolate, toffee and caramel.

This blend combines natural and washed coffees to uphold the same flavour target of dark chocolate, toffee and caramel. Each component is selected on the table for how it supports balance and reliability across brew methods.

Components may change with harvests, but the flavour target stays the same.
