What Brew Methods say

We are proud to present a true rarity: the 720 Gesha from Finca El Paraiso, Colombia. Diego Bermudez made waves in the coffee world with this remarkable creation, and it was this very coffee that helped Carlos Escobar win the Australian Brewer's Cup Championship and secure 4th place globally in 2019.

In 2023, we had the privilege of visiting this world-renowned farm and spending time with Diego, whose passion for excellence is truly inspiring. The 720 Gesha profile underwent a meticulous process, starting with a thermoshock treatment to pasteurise the coffee and eliminate any harmful bacteria. This was followed by a 720-hour controlled fermentation, using a unique blend of cultures developed by Diego and his team.

The flavour profile is nothing short of extraordinary, reflecting the genius of Diego Bermudez. This coffee dazzles with deep floral notes of hibiscus and rose, complemented by the luxurious taste of Turkish delight chocolate and a sweet hint of confectionery raspberry.
