What Brew Methods say
We are thrilled to offer an extraordinary Sidra varietal coffee from the renowned Café Granja La Esperanza, grown on their celebrated Potosi farm. During our visit to Café Granja La Esperanza in late 2023, this particular coffee stood out due to its distinctive apple-like sweetness and intricate berry flavours.
It has been meticulously processed with two rounds of 24-hour anaerobic fermentation—initially in full cherry and subsequently in mucilage—followed by a 48-hour wash and a 140-hour mechanical drying phase. This intricate process yields a coffee with a delightful sweetness and vibrant notes of jammy fruits, strawberries, and red apples.
An absolutely world-class coffee which we know you are going to love!
