What Jack Murat say
Our Honey lot is fermented in whole cherry before being pulped and slowly dried on raised beds. The result is a layered and expressive coffee that balances fruit sweetness with structure and depth. Layered and syrupy, balancing bright fruit acidity with rounded sweetness and medium body across both filter and espresso.
Store in an airtight container, away from light, heat and moisture. For the best experience, we suggest enjoying the coffee within one month of the roast date.
Our coffees are typically at their peak from around 7 days off roast onwards. Grind immediately before brewing for the freshest and most expressive cup.
